Powder
Coating 101
May
5 & 6, 2006 Powder Coating Class
On May 5 & 6 The Eastwood Company had its first Eastwood University
Course in powder coating. From the preperation of the parts to the
curing process was taught by some of our very own Eastwood Experts.
Everyone was shown the differences between the powder coating guns
with some hands on experience.
Some
comments from students on the Eastwood Shop Talk Forum
"Hey all I attended the class this passed weekend. It was
Cool meeting all the guys who help us on the forums. The class was
really well done, I think they put a lot of time into getting it
together. I would Highly recommend this class to anyone thinking
of getting into pc'ing. I also bought the Pro Gun, that and the
nordson gun were the 2 we used in class. The hobby gun is what i
owned and it is ok, but the Pro gun is a much nicer gun. Thanks
Eastwood! Ed"
"Just want to say Thank You again to Tom, Rich, and Don for
a very informative weekend. Anyone still thinking about Eastwood's
comitment to their people or products should try attending any one
of the up coming classes. You will leave with more tricks of the
trade and some great new friends. Tom please let me know when the
advanced P.C. class will be. Steve P."
